Everett Custom Homes has been building and renovating across the Charlotte region since 2006. Each market below has its own lot conditions, its own approvals, and its own way of building well.
We work within a focused set of Charlotte-area markets rather than spreading thin across the Carolinas. That focus is deliberate: knowing a market means knowing its soils, its setbacks, its tree ordinances, and the trades who already work there well.

A built-out neighborhood, which means most new construction here starts with a house that is already standing.

Larger homesites and a quieter pace, still close to Charlotte. The market where we build the most ground-up custom homes.

Low-density by design, with school attendance areas that reach past the village line. What counts as Marvin depends on which question you are asking.
