Everett Custom Homes LLC (“we,” “our”) built this website so you can learn about our work and ask about a custom home. This page explains what we collect when you use the site — and what we do not.
Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect the fields you type:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Lot or city
- Message
Our servers may also log a technical IP address with the submission, used only to limit abuse of the form.
This is a brochure website. We do not process payments on this site. We do not collect credit-card numbers, bank accounts, or other payment credentials through this form.
How we use it
We use form submissions to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
- Understand the lot or neighborhood you have in mind
- Keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not use the consultation form as a payment page.
Sharing
We may share a submission with the tools that deliver it — for example the email provider that forwards the form to our inbox, or a project-management inbox we control. Those vendors process the data on our behalf so we can reply to you. We do not hand form contents to advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to run the page, and — if configured — a measurement tag to understand which pages are visited. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Consultation messages are kept as long as we need them to serve the inquiry and run the business, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course. You can ask us to delete a submission you sent.
