Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Everett Custom Homes LLC in Charlotte, NC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not, please leave the site.

What this site is

This website is for information. Photographs, project names, square footages, and process descriptions describe work we have done or how we typically work. They are not a bid, a construction contract, or a guarantee that a future home will match a photograph. A custom home is scoped in a signed agreement, not by browsing these pages.

No construction contract online

Submitting the consultation form is a request to talk. It does not create a builder–owner contract, a reservation of a lot, or an obligation on either side to proceed.

Intellectual property

Photographs, drawings, logos, and writing on this site belong to Everett Custom Homes LLC or are used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the site
  • Submit false information, spam, or malicious content through the form
  • Scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors

Accuracy

We try to keep project facts current. Details can change, and we may update or remove content without notice. Do not rely on this site alone for legal, financial, or construction decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Everett Custom Homes LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this informational website. That limit does not affect rights you have under a separate signed construction agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
