Recent Everett homes: from about $270 per heated square foot, averaging around $350. Every project is priced on its own scope.
Four Everett Custom Homes projects in the Charlotte area, all completed in the 65 days before October 2026, had actual construction costs of approximately $340–$400 per heated square foot, including our builder fee and all other construction fees, and excluding land.
