Your JobTread owner portal shows budgeted costs, recorded actual costs, and remaining budget. You can follow how the invoices entered for your project compare with the plan.
Updates follow the invoices. Figures change as project invoices enter the system, typically a few times a week.
A fee structure suited to the build. Builder fees depend on the project and may be structured as a fixed fee. We explain the structure proposed for your build.
Recorded costs reflect invoices entered to date. They are not a guarantee of the final project cost.
