What We Believe

Four convictions we hold on every build, from the first drawing to the day we hand over the keys.

The covered front entry of an Everett Custom Homes residence, with stone columns, timber brackets, glass double doors, and a dog waiting at the door.

What we believe

Four beliefs

Every detail matters
From framing to finishes, quality is never compromised.
Client relationships come first
We listen, communicate, and collaborate every step of the way.
Homes should feel personal
No two clients are the same, and no two homes should be either.
Legacy is built
What we build today should still make sense 50 years from now.
Eric Brown, founder of Everett Custom Homes

Eric Brown

Founder Eric Brown named the company after his grandfather, Everett. Several years after starting the company, he named his own first son Everett as well.

Everett was a carpenter, and Eric grew up watching him work — measuring twice, cutting once, and never taking shortcuts. Eric went on to earn a degree in architectural design from the University of Minnesota, spent over a decade at Trek, the world's leading bike design company, and then returned to his roots to build homes across the Charlotte metro.

We believe that the owner being on-site every day is the Everett point of difference.
