Eric Brown
Who holds them
Founder Eric Brown named the company after two of the most important men in his life: his father and his son — both named Everett.
He grew up watching his grandfather work as a carpenter — measuring twice, cutting once, and never taking shortcuts. He earned a degree in architectural design from the University of Minnesota, spent over a decade at Trek, the world's leading bike design company, and then returned to his roots to build homes across the Charlotte metro.
We believe that the owner being on-site every day is the Everett point of difference.
