This home we had a local designer draw up for us. The home is approximately 6000 sf heated with 8900 sf total under roof. We also built a 36 by 36 barn on this homesite. The barn has v-groove 2 x 6 interior walls on the interior. This home features mortis an tendon beams throughout the inside and outside. The floor is locally grown American Black Walnut in 5-7-9 inch wide random planks. Stacked stone is found on the oversized fireplaces. Professional kitchen specced with Wolf Subzero appliances. High-efficienty heating and cooling, foam insulation etc.

Thompson Residence

This home is approximately 6000 heated square feet with 8400 under roof. We also built a 36 x 48’ barn with apartment on the 15 acre property. This home features timbers inside and out. American Black Walnut flooring in a random 8-10-12” pattern runs throughout the main floor. Extremely rare floor in this home. The entire home has knotty alder trim and doors, and Tennessee web wall stone inside and out. Custom built cabinets. Custom built garage doors and custom built front door. We even custom milled wood for the double groin vault ceiling.

Home Of Distinction Charlotte (Lake Wylie)

This is a 4000 sf heated and 7300 sf lake front home on Lake Wylie. Finished July 2014. Homeowners already had plans drawn up and since this was there 6th or 7th home that they had build they had a pretty good idea what they wanted. This home ended up being quite custom. All the cabinet finishes were made for the homeowners by the cabinet maker. The home features’ vaulted ceilings in the great room with cedar beams and painted v-groove siding. The foyer has a groin vault. This home has a professional kitchen with all the best appliances from Wolf and Subzero.

Notes from the Builder – My favorite piece is the custom copper hood that the homeowners designed themselves.
